Return policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made as you accepted the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

RETURNS: Returns sent without prior request and approval will not be accepted, and you will forfeit your right to a refund.

  1. Deadline: You can return the product within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  2. Condition: The product must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in the original packaging. For hygiene-sensitive products, they must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
  3. Exclusions: Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and some sanitary products.
  4. Initiating the Procedure: If you wish to return a product, email info@gethairs.com with your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details. We have only one return address in China; returning to any other address is not possible and will not qualify for a refund. Returns sent without prior notification are considered invalid.
  5. Returns are at Your Own Risk: Please note that returning products is at your own risk. The company is not responsible for packages lost or held at customs during the return process.
  6. Track & Trace: Your return must include a track & trace code, which should be shared with us. This allows us to determine when your return reaches our warehouse and immediately process your refund. Without a tracking number, we cannot track the shipment, and your right to a refund is void as we cannot confirm that the order has reached us.

REFUNDS:

  • Procedure: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, check your bank account again. If you still have not received it, contact us at info@gethairs.com.

EXPENSES:

  • Return Shipping Costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend providing a Track & Trace, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. The product must be returned to China. Return shipping costs start at 20 euros and are the customer's responsibility.

EXCEPTIONS:

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we will always send you a new product free of charge.
  • Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after placement due to our automated system.
